Father and daughter- memories to cherish 8 comments
During Veteransday this year, I took these pictures of , no doubt , a father and his daughter , sharing and creating memories
Eventhough I was there to take pictures of the drumbands and the parade, all I could see was the two of them …

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie,
In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

They schall grow not old as we that are left grow.
Age schall no weary them , nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning.
WE wil remember them.
The legion of the living salutes the legion of the dead.
