Ik heb altijd heel veel vragen op bij het zien van oorlogsgraven. Wie waren die mensen, wat zou er zonder oorlog van hen geworden zijn, wie lieten ze achter en hoe kwamen ze aan hun einde bijvoorbeeld. Maar ook de waanzin van oorlog voeren, de vreemde wereld waarin we leven, springt me dan wel eens op de nek.

En als wij na al die jaren nog steeds niet de juiste , dan wel enig antwoord hebben , hoe verklaar je dit dan aan iemand die nog maar net aan het begin van zijn leven staat ?……..gr.nandi
