yes, so did we and yesterday was the first day it REALLY felt like summer was here to stay, some things are worth waiting for, like this incredible photograph…the light reflecting almost has a shiny glass quality to it,

You’re very welcome :)..Gonna be a few tropical days here with temperatures up to 39 ! degrees, too warm to be outside shooting so you can expect a few more aliumshots 😉

Never looked at them like that , lol, but now you mention it a snowbalfight comes to mind , hahaha..
Plenty o bees round them , altho we havent seen an awfull lot yet as summer kicked in really late here .

Now I know how wonderful it feels to be this close to a flower. Being a bee is a really good career choice. Looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful summer observations.

Dank je wel Henk, valt niet mee om met zulke bloemen en bezoek van insecten de focus goed te krijgen , dus al te meer verrassend zijn vaak de resultaten als ik ze terug zie 🙂

They are used a lot in the typical English designed gardens.They smell horrible but make up for that with their looks. 😉
Only had a short return of the sun unfortuanatly , been raining so much again, and it starts to feel like harvest without even having a real summer 😦
